Also tonight, the debut of Randy Savage, one of the newest talents in World Class, but first, we take you to the John Justin Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, where the American Tag Team champions, The Fantastics, Bobby Fulton and Tommy Rogers, are having a wild brawl with the newest tag team challenges, Bobby Eaton and Dennis Condrey, the Midnight Express!”

NWA American Tag Team Championship

The Fantastics © versus The Midnight Express

In a good match that got the show off to a good start, The Fantastics © defeated The Midnight Express to retain the NWA American Tag Team championship. It was an open bout, won by tainted means after Jim Cornette (manager of The Midnight Express), botched his attempt at interference on Tommy Rogers, nailed Bobby Eaton with his tennis racket instead!

Bill Mercer is shown standing in front of a WCCW banner and has a smile on his face. He is proud to announce the planned return of David Von Erich to World Class, after his extended tour of Japan and other wordly regions! Clips of David's previous successes are played while Mercer performs a voice over, highlighting the accolades of David's career, including his series of victories to become eight-time NWA Texas Heavyweight champion. The "Yellow Rose of Texas", and the prodigal son of Texas wrestling is back!

Kerry, Kevin, and Mike Von Erich are all joined by Bill Mercer in studio, where the boys express their excitement about the news of their brother, David's return. Mike says there is nobody he looks up to more than David. Kevin is sure to say he's happier than ever to get the whole family back together again. Kerry, on the other hand, is more purposeful with his choice of words, telling Mercer and the viewers he is excited to show David all he has learned since David's absence.

Iceman King Parsons versus Randy Savage

In a good match that got the crowd hotter, Randy Savage defeated Iceman King Parsons in 6:04 by pinfall with a Flying Elbow Smash.

Gary Hart is backstage with Bill Mercer who holds the microphone while Hart spews hatred in regards to the returning "Yellow Rose of Texas", David Von Erich. Hart says World Class was better off without David, and calls him a failed champion. "He failed the people of Texas and will fail them once more, mark my words!"

The Dynamic Duo versus Kerry & Kevin Von Erich

In a superb match, The Dynamic Duo (Chris Adams and Gino Hernandez) defeated Kevin & Kerry Von Erich in 21:09 following outside interference from partner-in-crime of the Dynamic Duo, Jake Roberts! Roberts knocked Kerry over the head with a big black briefcase when the referee was down, at the command of Von Erich nemesis Gary Hart! This allowed Gino to get the pin on Kerry and steal the victory in front of a rowdy Fort Worth crowd!

The Dynamic Duo fled the ring as soon as trash began flying in while the Von Erichs contemplated their loss and argued with referee! "Well, ladies and gentleman, thank you for joining us for another exciting rendition of World Class Championship Wrestling! Next week, we'll hear words from David Von Erich! So long everybody!
